The item/s needs to be returned to us unused and in a saleable condition by post within 3 working days of receipt.  The refund will be paid back to the original method of payment after we have received your package and inspected it.

The customers are responsible for the return shipping fees. All merchandise must be unworn and in the same condition they were received. Products must be returned in the original box and/or packaging.

We’re not able offer an exchange nor refund for items purchased by mistake or requesting a different size or color of an item, you’ll need to place a new order and all returned items that compiles with our returning policy will be refunded once they’ve been inspected by our return/refund administrator.

It can usually take up to 21 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your return item to be processed in our warehouse, depending on your location and which postal service you use.

Once we received your return parcel, it will be processed within 3 business day (excluding weekends and public holidays). How to return

Step1. Log into your account, click “My Account” under recent orders click on order number containing the item(s) you wish to return.

This term (return) will not be applicable if your order is outside the 3-day range (from receipt day).

Step2. Provide your reasons for returning the item to our e-mail:[email protected], with subject title (Return/refund + Order #)

Step3. Your return status will show as “Confirmed” after we verified your request in 24 hours and will be given an unique Case No.

Step4. Place the items you need to return in a securely sealed shipping package. Attach a piece of paper with your order number or Application Number inside the package.

Step5. Send e-mail with the return item details and the tracking information of the returned package after you shipped it.

The return address will appear on the Contact Page and also in your return confirmation e-mail. Please write the address clearly on your package before bringing it to the courier of your choice.


  1. Clothing, Underwear, Swimwear, Leggings and Accessories are not allowed to be returned or exchanged.
  2. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so please make sure it’s safely packaged while its on the way.
  3. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive email confirmation that contains order details and tracking information. Once a product is shipped, the Return Policy will apply.
